Marystown Charm's & Ribbons, nick name 'Charlie', is a grey American Shetland Pony mare with a white blaze and two white socks on her hind legs. Charlie is by the ASPC Congress Grand Champion Stallion, Royal Spun Charmer.
Royal Spun Charmer is a so-called "Modern Pleasure" American Shetland Pony, which are known for their modern type and wonderful, yet no too extreme, high stepping trot. These great genes of her sire are clearly displayed by her beautiful movement. Moreover, Charlie has a perfectly square balanced confirmation and pretty head. Hence, it is no wonder that she performed very successfully as a show horse in the USA, winning multiple Top 5 positions in halter at the AMHR National Shows in 2014 and 2015, under severe competition in huge halter classes.
