McCarthy's Ragtime Girl, nick name 'Reza', is a beautiful double-registered (ASPC/AMHR) American Shetland Pony mare. Both her sire and dam were highly successful show-horses that achieved AMHR Hall of Fame (HOF) status.
Also her further pedigree is spectacular, as it is swamped with AMHR National Champions, ASPC Congress Champions, and Hall of Fame horses. Hence, it is not suprising that Reza has been very successful in de showring too. Already as a weanling mare she won a 2013 AMHR National Champion title. Moreover, in the same show she managed to beat all other weanling, yearling and two-year old mares by winning the AMHR National Junior Champion title. This is an almost unheard achievement for such a young horse. Also in 2014 she achieved very good results at various shows, including top-5 and top-10 positions at the 2014 AMHR National Show. On February 10, 2021 Reza was sold to Nathalie Delie and Stephan Draye in Belgium.
